HSE, Payroll & Admin, General Service and Security, under supervision of this role. This role reports to the VP HR and provides a spectrum of strategic and tactical HR supports and programs to associates, managers and senior level leaderships.
-Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering field
-8 to 10 years
-Proven effective consulting skills with an ability to influence at all levels
-advanced Excel skills
-employment laws and regulations
-Fluent in English
